Welcome to the Premium Tabletop Dice Roller. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website and rolling tools. By accessing or using the roller, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Service Availability and Use
We provide this dice rolling tool for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree to use this tool only for lawful purposes related to tabletop gaming, and not to exploit the API for automated high-volume queries or denial of service attacks.
2. Intellectual Property
The design elements, branding, styling, custom CSS, serverless calculation engines, and site layout are the intellectual property of the website operators. Game system names, logos, and rules (such as D&D, Savage Worlds, World of Darkness, Fate, GURPS, Cortex, Genesys, and Traveller) are the trademarks of their respective publishers, and are referenced here under nominative fair-use guidelines for compatibility identification.
3. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees
Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) set out in Schedule 2 of the *Competition and Consumer Act 2010* (Cth).
- Although we provide this digital tool free of charge, if any aspect of the service falls under a paid transaction in the future, it is guaranteed to be provided with due care and skill, fit for purpose, and delivered within a reasonable time.
- Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude your statutory rights as an Australian consumer.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law:
- We provide this dice roller "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that calculations will be 100% error-free or that the serverless API will have 100% uptime.
- We are not liable for any character deaths, failed campaign sessions, campaign disruptions, or lost gaming time resulting from statistical anomalies, roll distributions, server downtime, or bugs in our math logic.
- For any liability that cannot be excluded under the ACL, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the cost of the service (if any).
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and any courts competent to hear appeals from those courts in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated modification date. Your continued use of the roller following changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
